A full tank might, seemed like a friggin bomb to me.

Vehicle fires are quite dangerous, there are plenty of things that can go wrong that can hurt you if you are not experienced or prepared.
So, make this be a lesson. You see a vehicle fire, just avoid it and let the pros deal with it. ;)
That guy is stupid even if the bus didn't explode.
Burning vehicles are really fucking hot. I remember passing one that was burning on the side of the highway and even though I was a good 30 yards away from it and my windows were up, I could still feel the heat of it practically singing my hairs off.
