Disney is probably not going to be happy about her saying this.
Until Sony makes their own again and it's another piece of shit and they go back to Marvel out of desperation when they realize they can't make a decent movie without someone else's help.
What an idiot
Disney is going to rip Spidey out of Sony's grubby hands if they try this. It's going to be beautiful to watch.
Amy Pascal is fucking incredibly stupid.
she's so out of the loop that she still thinks Marvel and Disney are two separate companies
Sony needs to own the rights to all their properties. Fuck this Edit: I mean Disney fuck me in the ass
Who keeps her on the sony payroll?
disney please buy sony pictures, fire pascal, and properly reboot ghostbusters so we can forget the 2016 version thanks
Just how stupid do you have to be
Holy shit I thought the way she wrote in those leaked emails were stupid, but holy shit the way she talks and the way she presents herself, she actually is that fucking retarded. This is the woman who hired Paul Feige for Ghostbusters and the one who is still trying to get Glass Ceiling made
Disney is probably not going to be happy about her saying this.
no one is happy when amy pascal opens her mouth. or really whenever she has a thought.
Not to defend her, but she didn't say "Spiderman is leaving the MCU after the sequel" she's just saying that such a collaboration is a rare experience in the industry, and "in fact it may never happen again." Of course that might imply that either Sony or Marvel Studio wouldn't want to work together, again, after the upcoming movies. But that could be for multiple reasons; Sony wanting to protect their "property", or Marvel wanting to acquire that property. Or it could just be that they haven't yet negotiated the rights for further sequels and inclusion of Spiderman in the MCU at the current time, and what happens going forward depends on how successful the movies are. Still a pretty stupid thing to say, since she should realize that Spiderman (as a movie franchise) would likely be dead in Sony's hands.
She really looks likes she's on drugs, the way she's moving and talking.
She really looks likes she's on drugs, the way she's moving and talking.
Really? Her movement seems normal enough to me, if a little finicky, and speaking from experience with my mother and aunts she kinda just sounds she has dentures she's not used to wearing yet or possibly even just a lisp.
no one is happy when amy pascal opens her mouth. or really whenever she has a thought.
What did she do?
What did she do?
Her emails.
What did she do?
Sony's film division is a fucking mess and pumps out nothing but trash and basically the leaks confirm that Pascal lacks two brain cells to rub to-fucking-gether. So clearly the entirety of the sony's film failure was on her until she left in 2015. The emails show she is an illiterate idiot. That's another thing to point out to people in this thread: she left sony.
That's another thing to point out to people in this thread: she left sony.
Nope. Apparently she stepped down for the duration of the Email controversy, but iirc was repromoted after it died down. (from what i can gather its in the capacity that despite being out of Sony and with her own production company, in practice she's essentially in the same position as she was with Sony's films, considering Ghostbusters and Spider-Man and Black Cat/Silver Sable and whatnot.) [editline]28th March 2017[/editline] Keep in mind Sony is still fucked even if she didnt come back, since they got Tom "Literally no joke the actual honest to god sole man responsible for every single bad movie from Fox after the year 2000, including ruining AVP 1 and 2, X3, X-Men Origins, and intentionally and passionately cockblocking Deadpool from ever existing, no really theres no hyperbole he really was responsible for almost every single shit movie at Fox for like 15 years" Rothman, who's now high up in Sony's film department and in charge of the Spider-Man properties.
