Hello, I have recently started a new youtube account where i am uploading commentaries and let's plays. I have only uploaded 4 videos so far and 2 of them are commentaries, which is the more serious of the videos i am making. What i need help with is some feedback on what to improve and some tips on how to achieve it. My youtube channel is http://www.youtube.com/user/TjokzN Im only posting the two episodes that is part of my series "Aeternum Incomitatus" (which means 'forever alone' in latin) Here we go! :D This is ep. 1 I personally think it could have been better and I recorded it on impulse as i wanted to record the endermen in minecraft. Here's the second episode, the first half. This one i think i need the most feedback from since this one I placed a lot more effort on.
There's quite a lot of people who make these types of videos, and in order for yours to stand out you need to have something that they don't. Really all i'm seeing is you playing this game and commentating over it, and on top of that the quality isn't very good. I usually enjoy watching commentaries when the commentator is really funny, or is telling some type of story.
The intro is pretty unnecessary, and you should try out Fraps - Screen recorders dont usually work well and they dont give a fraction of the quality Fraps does.
The screen in the second video should fill up the whole video screen. And there shouldn't be any screen recorder watermarks at all.
the ten-second pan out of your face in the first one was kinda silly
