So, what is The Walking Dead, one may ask? It's a series that appears in several forms: comic books, TV shows and a few games. For all intents and purposes this thread is more for the TV show and to a lesser extent the comics. The Walking Dead is a post-apocalyptic survival series where the world has been overrun by zombies and a few splintered groups of humans remain, vying for resources and survival. It airs on Sundays on AMC in the evenings in America.

So there was a synopsis for episode 13 posted online, no confirmation of it being real though.
talks about:
[sp] Rick and the Gov trying to negotiate peace. [/sp]
And if this is the case that trailer for the 2nd half of season 3 did have that part in it.
But of course episode 14 is going to be a CRAZY episode none of you should miss.
(Ep 12 gonna be pretty cool too)

"The uploader has not made this video available in your country"
Oh fuck off.
Awe, I had an OP lined up and everything for V.3, Oh well, V.4 I guess I'll get it then.
Also I can't wait for this next episode.
Latest episode, was the shittiest episode I've seen so far.
period.
Why do you say that?
i imagine it wasn't "actiony" enough for him
i didn't really care, but it was lame how they ended the episode before it with [sp] Rick staring intently into the walker horde as if we're going to see another zombie killing massacre on the next episode [/sp] but instead [sp] Rick, Merle, and Daryl magically teleport into the prison without any mention of it. [/sp]
Very, very lame.
Why do you say that?
It just felt empty, [sp]both groups just talking about the upcoming attack for an entire episode, just didn't entertain me. There were a couple of good moments, but all in all it felt like a lackluster[/sp]
But it felt like such an unnecessary build up, the audience KNOWS that shit is going to hit the fan. But instead they spent an entire episode talking about it.

It shows the extent of things. [sp] It shows how far the Governer is going to go by raising an army, and it shows the state the groups in. If anything its been ONE of my favorites, just because of how hyped its getting me for the attack [/sp]
On this topic, (and the slightest of the slight comic spoilers) [sp] Do you think that the attack is going to be the governers assault on the prison like it was in the comic, or do you think Rick and Co might engage first? [/sp]

Yeah so...does anyone else really hate Andrea now? Can she please die by the end of this season? Please? Please?

Hated her in season 2, liked her throughout season 3 though.
She's no comics Andrea but I certainly don't hate her anymore.
I just can't wait until Sunday where we finally get to see shit go down
Nothing goes down on Sunday. Next episode is about Michonne, Rick, and Carl going on a run. I doubt anything more.

This is actually the background image used in the season 1 special edition blu-ray.
It sits behind the clear plastic where the discs sit.

I take it you did not watch the sneak peaks or previews of episode 12 then.
Heres a quote:
"The Walking Dead fans will not feel cheated by the finale. It's not a soft close for sure. As [the season] starts to wrap up, it gets stronger, crazier and weirder. Although you'll never see it coming, when it cuts to black at the end of season three, there will be millions of mouths agape."
The last sentence is getting me really excited.
What if in the show (comic spoilers) [sp]they don't kill the Governor and he becomes Negan? Not like actually becomes Negan but character-wise.[/sp]

That'd actually be a pretty great idea (comic spoilers) [sp] Since the group never killed the Governor themselves, instead it was Lilly (which I thought was a total cop out, btw), in the show they could totally have the Governor wipe the floor with them and them flee just like the comics, only to have the attack on the prison cause some adverse reaction with the residence of Woodbury, causing them all the leave, leaving the Governor to decay into a Negan type person. Of course, I think the show is gonna have Rick kill the Governor, simply because they're hyping up their first meeting so much [/sp]

I don't hate her, I think she's one of the most clearly drawn characters on the show now. The thing is she's aligned with the town, not Rick, so that might alienate viewers from her. Look how cool life in the town is, for her. Compare it to life in the prison. Why the hell would she choose the prison?

Well in season 2 Randall appeared around the same time as the (comic spoilers) [sp] Saviors did, and they sound pretty much the same. I don't think that would be plausible for them to make the Gov. become Negan. Unless they totally ignore this other "rowdy group" that randall came from. [/sp]

[sp] Whats this about Randall appearing around the same time the Saviors did? Didn't the Saviors only appear like...a few years after when Randall would of appeared? [/sp] Comic spoilers, maybe.

Most hatred for Andrea has nothing to do with the fact she's aligned with the town. [sp] If they did it right, it would of been a really cool concept and really built her character up. The problem is she's a complete and utter moron. She's lived with Michonne for nearly half a year and instantly trusts and starts fucking the Governor, then even when she sees the heads, the zombified daughter, the zombie fights, hears from Rick and the others what they've done to them...she still finds it in her to stay with them. It was a good concept for a plot, but they did it horribly and the already growing hatred for Andrea just got worse. [/sp]

First of all, in the show [sp]Randall appeared about 3 weeks after Rick woke up in the hospital. The saviors are pretty new in the comics, which is at least 2 years in. And when they mentioned the group he was with, it could have easily been the Governor's group. Either way, they could just ignore it from now on. They don't have to bring back that group, it's been 9 months since they've encountered them anyways.[/sp]
(minor comic spoilers mixed in) I don't really think [sp]they'll turn the Governor into Negan. Sure it'd be nice having a familiar hated face, instead of introducing a new one to build up. I think the Governor will die this season, we'll have a season of recovery. Probably meeting Abraham and going to Washington, and then season 5 will probably introduce the Saviors or something similar to them.[/sp]
I wonder, since in the comics [sp] Lilly killed The Governor, will that person maybe be Andrea in the show? Cause they kinda seem to be setting it up that way. [/sp] < Comic and TV show spoilers.
That's what I've been thinking. Would be better imo.
