Its blocked in several countries, its not blocked in Canada yet. Buts its been uploaded on many different sites if you are still interested...
This has been going on for decades and is only just coming out in the open now. People talking about this years ago were called " tinfoil hat wearing conspiracy theorists " and laughed at. Perhaps people will start waking up and taking note of people who study " conspiracies "
This is one of the sources http://www.infowars.com/the-biggest-financial-scam-in-world-history/ I dont think this video has much credit
So what's this about seeing as it's blocked?
It's all...a big conspiracy?
its the "biggest financial scam in world history" that is effecting homeowners, students, loaners, small businesses and "virtually everyone in the world" is affected.
That infowars source cites professors and other reliable sources, and the video in the OP seems legitimate. Seems like this may be a legit story. God, I still can't believe after the disaster of the Great Depression anyone with half a brain would think that less regulation would be a good idea. Gee whiz, you mean when we let financial institutions run wild and gamble greedily with no regulation, there are severe repercussions for the economy? That's never happened before!
People are just coming to the realization that gigantic, multinational banking corporations are taking advantage of almost everything?
matt taibbi is known to be pretty sensationalist in his journalism
It's a legitimate story. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18742140

This has to do with banks simply out right lying about the money they're loaning each other.
I wish someone would tell me what the video is
The video. (24.5 MB MP4)
