follow up a big name movie about fucking emojis with a hilariously poorly made jesus movie with an almost offensively stupid gimmick
doesn't get more american than that
This seems more of a cashgrab then the emoji movie. How is that possible?
Where's Adam Sandler and Kevin James?
This...hurts. Why couldn't Dreamworks do this movie? "The Prince of Egypt" was magnificent! Dare I say it, one of the best films based on a Biblical tale.
Like, The Emoji movie hurts because of how damn copy/paste the plot is with something as dumb as making the main characters emojis. This movie teaser of a movie just hurts my soul. I didn't think I'd find a film THIS offensive.
Reminder that this means the Popeye movie remains on the shelf for at least few more months.
but why :nope:

I'm so fucking tired of movies in the Biblical Cinematic Universe. Why can't we move on and get some original IP's nowadays?

What "Biblical Cinematic Universe?" Unless that's a joke, no one's made one, and there hasn't been a good movie in that category since the late 90's.
Donkey Ollie's creators need to sue Sony for this obvious rip-off.
