interesting but the super dramatic music is annoying
I have a feeling that quite a bit of that information isn't quite true. Not defending NSA at all but that video is stretching it quite a bit. They cannot turn my computer on remotely unless they've gotten into my apartment and installed a device into my computer's case or manipulated the hardware in some other way. They cannot turn a cellphone on remotely when the battery is removed. They cannot activate my webcam's microphone remotely without me knowing due to the activation light. So much of that information is fear-mongering rubble.

if they use anything they found against you without you being warranted for searching then nothing would happen because it was unlawful to look through the data and to hold it against you. doesn't matter if you were doing anything illegal. cmon guys get ur heads in the game.

This is so overly-dramatized

"remote WOL"
What? No complimentary tinfoil hat?
They cannot activate my webcam's microphone remotely without me knowing due to the activation light.
I dunno about you, but my webcam's LED can be disabled in software (or set to be always on). Except, um, it's been demonstrated that the government has been regularly obscuring the sources of intelligence by inventing cover stories and falsifying evidence to the point of forging official documents.
Although these cases rarely involve national security issues, documents reviewed by Reuters show that law enforcement agents have been directed to conceal how such investigations truly begin - not only from defense lawyers but also sometimes from prosecutors and judges. The undated documents show that federal agents are trained to "recreate" the investigative trail to effectively cover up where the information originated, a practice that some experts say violates a defendant's Constitutional right to a fair trial. If defendants don't know how an investigation began, they cannot know to ask to review potential sources of exculpatory evidence - information that could reveal entrapment, mistakes or biased witnesses. ... The unit of the DEA that distributes the information is called the Special Operations Division, or SOD. Two dozen partner agencies comprise the unit, including the FBI, CIA, NSA, Internal Revenue Service and the Department of Homeland Security.
Sooooo... no, all bets are off.
I dunno about you, but my webcam's LED can be disabled in software (or set to be always on).
Mine is activated every time it's turned on, and isn't disabled in software. Even if it were possible, it's pointing away from my seat anyways. Nothing useful could be gathered from it.
