Well, it IS North Korea. Doing anything that isn't wiping the sweat from glorious leader's many chins 7 times per hour while singing his praises in limerick is considered a declaration of war against the entire nation. In all seriousness though, North Korea is the national-scale version of that one person everyone knows who is slightly stupid, gets offended over anything including shit having nothing to do with them, and will whine and moan forever but never actually get physical due to weakness. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure the typical citizens stuck living there are nice enough and intelligent folk, but the idiots leading them are certainly anything but nice and intelligent.
