Dubs like this are is wrong. And bad. There should be a new, stronger word for terrible dubs. Like badwrong, or badong. Yes, horrible dubs are badong. Dubs need to be gnodab.

That's almost as bad as the dub of Ricky Oh. This clip doesn't showcase the pure ammount of bad the dub has, it's just the most entertaining clip I could find without posting the entire movie (which is on youtube).
I found OP's video quite enjoyable.
