My parents gave me a sex ed book, what should I do with it?

I was watching TV today and my mum said to me "Your nan got you a book, I left it for you in your room", thinking nothing of it, I go back to watching TV.

Cut to 30 minutes later I switch off the tele and go to my room to check out this book, I walk in and find it on my desk, it looked quite innocent until I read the title "Willies: A users guide".

The book in question is this (please excuse the small size, it's all I could find).

Now, being the teenager I am, you can proberbly realize it's normal for me to be learning about this stuff, but i'm not normal. I'm terrified of sex and don't want to read it, so what should I do with it instead?
