• How to lose stomach fat/moobs

I've lost 40ish lbs since I last posted here, and it's getting to the point where I really shouldn't dip below 5-10 more lbs, although I still have a lot of stomach fat and my man boobs, the two things I really wanted to get rid of the most, are still here albeit less noticable. What would you guys suggest I do to get rid of them? I know it will take awhile, so just recommend me anything that could help.
Eat less. No such thing as spot-reduction, you can't target stomach or chest fat.
Spot reduction's bullshit. Just continue to diet and exercise.
It's pretty much where the middle of my chests, you can see the outline of my ribs, and I'm afraid if I lose anymore, it'll look like like I have anorexia. It's just excess fat, and it refuses to go away god damn.
Eat less.
If you have moobs, losing more weight isn't going to make you look anorexic.
Hill sprints baby hill sprints
10ml of trenbolone daily
stack dbol with 1000mg test per week [editline]14th October 2012[/editline] no but seriously if you're concerned about looking anorexic, then you probably don't have enough muscle mass to justify being at low fat levels for aesthetic reasons

starting out fat is easier than starting out anorexic phag
i hardly have any muscle, but i lost the weight and am this low because i was borderline obese and like 7 months later, bam, im down 40 lbs.
but why would you want to look virtually anorexic? if you were at the point where you lost the fat on your stomach and chest, then you'd basically be extremely unhealthy.

dont eat so much clean up your diet and run, it's simple bro
dont eat so much clean up your diet and run, it's simple bro
i try to walk everyday twice a day, and although not much, i also try to skate for atleast an hour a day(granted it isn't raining), my body is really weird with my diet, and i cant seem to get a good diet down. i dont eat junk and i try to eat as healthy as possible.

Also, while cardio is good, it's not a magical fat-burning tool. You might as well take that time to plan out a proper diet of maintaining high protein levels with lower carbs and fats, so you can have good nutrition with a caloric deficit. Again, I'm highly skeptical of your perceived self-image. Most of us in this thread just don't want you to make a terrible mistake and do something stupid because of personal opinion or lack of research.
http://imgur.com/2FlmM couldn't get a good side pic due to the nature of my bathroom, apologies. this is the best i could do. i'll try again tomorrow since it's kind of late and i gotta get to bed early today, so hopefully that'll be good for now.

You don't appear to have a solid foundation of muscle to work with in exchange for "toning up" over fat loss. Dieting off 40 lbs is a step up(I don't even want to imagine what you looked like before) but you still need to put in the effort of doing strength exercises instead of just running. Cutting down to low fat levels would essentially result in you looking fairly wimpy. Start a routine, get a membership. And be active more often instead of being in front of the computer for 4 hours straight.
Switch up your exercise to run day/ strength days.
Yeah you aren't anywhere near looking anorexic buddy.
keep losing dat shit, u should only worry about being anorexic if you look like this; I would suggest lifting weights now and getting on a split to go for the look you want.

Looking lean without muscles just looks like shit, if you want to lose fat and get lean I suggest just going the extra mile and getting a gym membership honestly, it won't make you look anorexic, it'll even out and you'll grow bigger except in muscles instead of fat. It would also help with your guts and boobs, though you can't decide WHERE you'll lose fat, turning some of that weak jelly flesh into muscles will make you look immensely better and make you feel better about yourself.
Pushups, situps, pullups, run, hold your feet 6 inches off the ground and hold till the burn it soo intense.
my two cents: good diet. heat up some milk and mix 1 scoop of protein in for a cup of protein-hot-chocolate. (the protein mixes 10 times easier with the heat. i use the microwave. drink 2 of those protein shakes a day and eat complex carbs like breads, only get simple sugars from fruits (a banana has 50g of sugar in it) that's about the same as a can of coke i believe. moderate fats is fine as long as you use olive oil with your cooking. coconut oil is a good saturated fat; it boosts testosterone. you can even spread it on toast, which i love. Nuts(walnuts are the best) for main source of Fat. Fruit(bananas are the best) for main source of Simple Carbs. Pasta(fat free italian dressing is what i use) and Bread(Sandwiches, Pretzels) and Rice and Vegetables for Complex Carbs. <--- this should be your main source of calories. Meat and Beans for protein and 2 scoops of protein per day and lots of cardio. using your slow twitch muscle fibers incorporates more bloodflow, so dont be afraid to go at a slow pace, just go for endurance, run a couple miles a day. easy, simple.
I'm in a similar position to you, I lost 65 lbs and now i've got a bit of a belly and little moobs left. I'm going to continue a healthy + low calorie diet with lots of exercise, but im going to do lots of sit-ups and push-ups to help fill out the skin in 'loose' areas. Not sure if anyone else would recommend this.. some insight would be nice :)
If I were you I'd focus on shoulders and back to give the illusion that your midsection is small compared to your upper torso. Nothing wrong with situps and pushups though.
Drink lots of water when you're hungry, then when you get hungry again eat like a hand full of whatever (Healthy food, like strawberries. Don't eat a fucking hand full of banana's) then once you eat drink more water.
