CCTV pictures released by the Buenos Aires trains company shows a woman and a child walking down onto the tracks just moments before a train arrived at the Liniers train station on Tuesday. The woman quickly jumped back onto the platform as she saw the approaching train but the child seemed to disappear underneath the platform just before it arrived at the station. Startled commuters quickly rushed to the scene. According to the train company, the child managed to find cover in a little hole underneath the platform and was rescued after the station personnel cut off the power of the train and took her out from underneath the carriages. While it was not immediately clear why the child walked down to the tracks, Buenos Aires Trains told one media organisation that it is a frequent practice for people to walk out of the stations, stepping down from the platforms to the railways, to avoid paying the train fare. The company could not confirm if the woman who was with the child was arrested by the police, nor the identity of the woman.
Video
What an awful mother, leaving her child like that. Still, I'm glad the little girl is okay
Dumb shit mother, risking her daughter's life just to not pay a train ticket.
Such expert parenting leaving your child in the path of a train, dumbass.
Such expert parenting leaving your child in the path of a train, dumbass.
Or in the middle of a firefight.
I mean come on, it's not like the girl weighed like an adult, she could've easily pulled her up
Obviously the mother was never educated to the dangers of train tracks using this: http://spoonyexperiment.com/2010/11/08/films-yanks-cant-wank-the-finishing-line/
Wow, what an awful parent. I watched the video, and the fact she gets up and saves herself makes me feel physically sick.

I hope the guy in the red shirt was giving her lecture on how irresponsible she is.
The mother couldn't at least chuck her child up onto the platform? You didn't even need to slowly lift her up you could have just thrown the child up and pulled yourself up quickly.
cheaper than abortion
how could you not see the train was like five seconds away just wait ffs
how could you not see the train was like five seconds away just wait ffs
But I really really needed to get on that train, I had a time at my haridressers.
It's good that the girl was okay.
That's not really bad parenting, it was an accident, now the woman in the article is a bad parent.
I'd say she is bad, you have a baby in a pram, the pram is on wheels and wheels roll, that tends to take the thing attached to said wheels to go with them. In short, hold onto the fucking thing, your child is in there.
Shame, I wanted some action
