Or it's a way for the baristas to know who ordered what?? If they just said "pumpkin spice latte", a herd of white girls would swarm the counter, there would be Ugg boots everywhere, we can't have that.
I just found it weird because you can order a pint at the pub and they don't manage to lose your order out of the other people getting drinks at the same time. Same goes for pretty much anywhere else I've ordered drinks from too.

Went to a Gloria Jeans and they mispelt my brothers name Jimmy to Gimmi, They were asians so i didn't know if it was a joke or a mispelling.
