Open up console.
Type in maps *
Find the map you want, then type in map [full map name here]
Then you will be able to activate cheats.
Every time I watch that, I start laughing. Thats awesome.

It makes me furious that everyone whines that they can't get cheats on when all they have to do is what it tells them to.
