Being a Youtube partner is a legitimate business. I watch his show twice a week, it is very entertaining. Youtube is becoming just as big of an entertainment source as the television. There is no reason to hate on the guy because he makes his money this way, and I do feel bad for him getting screwed by a flawed system.
OP needs to go lay on a train track, and realize that not everybody makes their money working hard labor...
