I didn't mind him except when he kept making rape jokes during their Half-Life playthrough.

IIRC, Adam is kind of in the wrong too, there's a video explaining his stance, but i can't seem to find it.

Whoever's right or wrong, it was a toxic relationship and I'm glad it's over with.
I think the worst part about the whole situation is that Adam ended up in the hospital due to drug overdose as a result of stress. Adam referred to it as a "Russian roulette" of pills and an "attempted suicide." He spent 3 days in the hospital with Mark with him. I seriously can't imagine the kind of stress that working that hard [I]and[/I] going through a friend's death [I]and[/I] having a major falling out with a friend would cause. Whole situation just sucks from so many angles.

he talks about it here starting around 4:11:00. I debated bringing it up because honestly it's really heartbreaking hearing Adam talk about it. The way his voice wavers and gets so close to breaking.
Whatever happened between Merk and Adam is whatever. As a fan of their content I'm mainly disappointed that we won't get Merk's commentary on stuff anymore. Not to mention that this was an awesome video and it might be a segment / series that is dead on arrival.
