Recommend A Cheap Air Flight from Canada Vancouver to Germany or Rome (for 4-6 weeks)
I dont care about class (I dont care about having movies to wacth on the plane)
I want something under $1000 CAN
Google up cheap plane tickets, you will get many results.
I'll fly you there for $100. I just need to get my plane a little fixed up. Here's a pic from my last landing!

If you can't find the flight to go to Europe by yourself then you shouldn't be going in the first place.
Just on Air Canada (Star Alliance), from Vancouver to Rome, fares currently range from 1440$ to 2279$. Its going to be hard to find a sub 1000 round trip flight.

You can't do it. The fuel surcharges add way to much. September is a down time, and of the days, the cheapest are Wednesdays. The cheapest I could get you was 1500$
