If it were Multiplayer packs, id have a problem with it. Thankfully , there's no MP and I'm fine with this.

The problem I might have with this is that Bioshock is very much a erm, not so much linear, but certainly not as free roaming as something like TES. I'm not sure if DLC would work very well unless it's in the way of fairly long 'side stories' and such (kind of like the Deus Ex one). One niggling issue I do have is the 'pre-order bonus' that includes a few boosters. I got the pre-order bonus with Deus Ex and it kind of made the start of the game really very easy when you had a grenade launcher, a bunch of expensive C4 and those 'auto-hackers'. I'm hoping that this bonus doesn't skew the first few parts of the story by detracting from the correct level of 'challenging' that Irrational Games have inevitably been so hard to strike a balance with. I never said that would happen with Bioshock, but thought it'd be a good idea to spread the videos for those who've not seen them. They make some valid and related points.

I mean I understand the reasons behind worrying about Infinite, but so far this game is just looking too good to fail now.

Most of the ones I buy, are actually fair decent. Except SWTOR, and GW2. Those were stinkers. I'd sell my accounts in a heart beat if I knew how.

Seems fine, look at Tropico 4's DLC. After some years they will be on sale for less than 1 dollar each.

You don't need it to beat the game, you're not missing out on story content, and you're not blatantly restricted from content that was cut from the main game. If you're complaining abut "being tempted into buying microtransaction shit" then you have more pressing issues than being upset by DLC.
