I know how it feels to get shot in the head. But I have never been.

Ok, this may sound weird, but I know how it feels to get a bullet through your head. The weird part is, I have never been shot in any way.
Are there any other people who have this ? I know I cant possibly know this, but I know.
I got this feeling the first time in a dream. I now get those dreams more frequently.
Normally I wouldnt be questioning this, but in your dreams you can also get the feeling like you fall down a long way. And I once fell down a long way, and it was exactly that feeling. So maybe it is the same feeling ? This may sound weird, but are there any stories of people who survived something like getting shot in the head ?
How can you be sure you know what it feels like if it's never happened?
You can't, cause you'd most likely be dead.
You dont really know.
I don't think you know how it feels to be shot in the head..
You think you know.
You think you do because you feel it in dreams, but it's probably not how it feels at all.
Most of facepunchers could say the same about sex.
Don't believe it, unless you're referring to the whole "Sudden exploding head syndrome" which is the whole noise thing. You can't know what something is unless your mind has something to refer it to.

I know, it doesnt make sense to me either. Ill try to explain it.
It was so realistic(*ehem* I think it is.). First you get really light in the head. Never have been so light in the head. But you arent dizzy or anything. You try to move but you cant, completely paralized. You try to think but you cant. you feel fluids drop from your face and then everything becomes insanly heavy, and my eyes went black even though I was sure I had them open.
The weird thing is, this completely happend random In my dream, as I was just walking on the street.
I also get "shot" more frequently in my dreams, with no reason.
I never had this feeling before...
Thats why I want to know If there are actually people who survived getting shot in the head or such, I want to know what theyve felt so I can compare.

You're being a bit optimistic there.

I've felt the same thing once, I was shot several time in the torso in a dream. It was pretty weird.
This is completely stupid.
like you fall down a long way. And I once fell down a long way, and it was exactly that feeling.
That's because falling down a long way feels the same as normal falling does.
I once had a dream I was being chased by a T-Rex through a desert, and I was wearing extremely bouncy shoes. Felt the same as it does jumping the wall by my house.
I expect having an extremely bad migraine may be equivalent to a bullet to the head, but considering the brain contains no nerve endings, it's possible that bullets to the head hurt slightly less than wounds to, say, the genitals.

Happened with me before in a dream. Sounds exactly the same. Can't move but feel like you can.
This SURELY wouldn't be the case in waking life.
You'd better get that platinum chip back.
If this is your rationale for knowing what it feels like to be shot in the head; I know how it feels to have no arms, lose all my teeth, get thrown across the room by a heavyweight boxer, break every bone in my body because I ran into a wall at superspeed and fall off of a skyscraper.
OP is actually a ghost, haunting FP after he got shot in the head.
if you were shot in the head you'd be dead or retarded, which explains this thread

Your argument is invalid.
If you try to contribute to this discussion, try to make up some arguments.
Im really serious here, not trying to troll or something.
Only people who have something to say may post, I want to keep this serious.

Simulated lightheadedness with the combination of what I assume is tunnel vision and the feeling of water/fluid/(whatever you've had on your head) running down your face put together to simulate being shot in the head. This is NOT the same as being shot in the head. Also, the not moving can come from sleep paralysis. (although sleep paralysis is normally not moving after you wake up, but I'm sure it can go into your dream too.)
It's like sexual dreams before you've had sex.. your mind is just simulating it's best guess (which may or may not be close).
I can't believe I found someone else with superpowers. My superpower is hbeing able to play videogames forever
Whats wrong with you people ? I know I am retarded for thinking you can actually get serious answers on facepunch, but just because you people think its "retarded" doesnt make it retarded.
Look, I have no way to explain this. But Im being serious here.

No, but it is retarded.

Serious or not, I've given you the best suggestion so far. It's actually retarded because you think you can feel something you've never felt before. Your mind is piecing together what it THINKS is right, and you're assuming it is when it can't be because you haven't felt it.
OP lets try it out ill get my glock meet me up k
I am not really into join date discrimination, but how ironically is it, that he's an 11'er?
You don't

I mean seriously what's the chances you'd even feel getting shot in the head
I wish OP got shot in the head

When the argument you're putting out is already invalid and rather silly, invalidating it is a waste of time, because it is largely redundant. If you happen to be trolling then well done, you've got me. All of the twenty seconds it took for me to think up this response could have been better used punching myself in the face or something.
