It reminds me a little of the combat from Syphon Filter, the exploration of Shadow Complex, and the style of a PSP game I remember seeing once.
Ummmm if anything, I wish we had more charming Cold War Bond-esque games like this. Dunno what the guys above me are talking about.

Looks pretty cool imo
Gave me an Evil Genius/No one lives forever vibe. The gameplay doesn't look too great but I like the setting.
