Shouldn't be too hard. 2. Select -> Inverse 3. Layer -> New -> Layer via cut 4. Paste image 5. Rearrange layers so that the pasted image layer is below the new layer you just made (should have the telescope lens as its own layer so it doesn't block your pasted image)
