I've had dreams of being engaged in Steam conversations, or of being on Facepunch and reading threads and stuff and posting. They really fuck with me when I get up because I can't remember what did and didn't actually happen.
This would be even worse because then everything would have actually happened, oh god.

I had a dream where I was perma'd. And then the mods sent pictures of their dicks to me.
Even Autumn.
I have experienced this, when your phone goes off and you kind of text half asleep then sometimes you can't remember it when you wake up later.
I have never done this but I've received a lot of texts like that. Good cause for confusion when everybody's awake again.
I'll use my phone and not fall asleep; this also sucks

It happens to some of us, buddy. I've sleep texted too, was just gibberish to a friend but still, frightning.
Christ, how coincidental the other night I was having a friggin' Inception moment.
Dreamt I was in the hospital about to have surgery to have a kidney removed, blogging about it for some reason (on here, funnily enough.) Think I was gonna donate it or something, but at the last second I'm all "no wait, I don't wanna do this; can we wait 'till I'm dead or something" and got off the table just as they delivered the anesthetic. It only half-affected me, so as I was walking around afterwards, I kept nodding off into a similar dream. Some Silent Hill-type stuff there; same hospital, different lighting, and now I was an employee or something but [i]still[/i] blogging about it, but apparently sleep-blogging so each time I snapped out of it into the first dream everything I blogged in the second dream was there on my blog in the first dream. Friggin' bizarre.
(And then I dreamt the MLB National and American Leagues were actually parallel universes and I was standing on an NL field and could switch between it and an AL field Quantum Conundrum-style by pressing R2. On what controller? I don't friggin' know.)

The only time I've sleep-texted was like, an hour before waking up after drinking. I woke up to a text from my friend saying "What?". I can't remember what I asked him though, but I remember it not making much sense.

Any time I wake up too early I find myself reading my google reader feeds half-asleep on my phone, which sucks because it ends up having everything marked as read and I don't remember any of it
All the 'sleep-texting' crap is a bit humorous, yea, but there definitely is an issue with continually being deprived of proper, uninterrupted sleep, whatever the cause of it is. As I believe the article stated, there is definitely an importance in regards to being completely immersed in your sleep for the full, proper amount of hours necessary, depending on age.

I mean I didn't actually call her, but I dreamt I did and I actually like held my phone up to my ear and talked into it. I could feel myself smiling and everything.
It was pretty weird and I woke up right after the phone call ended. Texted her immediately afterwards asking if I had called or anything.

I don't understand how you would text and sleep. When they say sleep, do they mean when you wake up at first and say weird shit for a minute?
THis reminds me when my friend texted another "fuck you", and then called her and began roaring on the phone, and then cursed her out.
