The Teenager on Lifesupport got me. Everyone thinks they're strong but when its your friend in that spot.. you just fucking lose it.
I am too small of a man to really understand any of this. I can't imagine putting myself or a friend of mine into their position.

I was kind of the same way but it'll happen in your lifetime and when it does it'll hit you hard. It's a strange thing to think about, especially if you've never experienced it. Fucking unimaginable...
I have tons of empathy for pretty much everyone, I'm glad I have it but some times it can be painful as fuck.
I work as a volunteer in the Emergency Room once a week, been doing so for a year.
I can relate to all of these.
Surprised they didnt have one about a doctor having "the talk" with a family member outside of the code room. Or the battered wife on a back-board in a room sobbing.
