I'm guessing they don't tour in America then?
They better be fucking women onstage.
I was going to buy the tickets to the Helsinki Finland gig, but they were sold out in 6 minutes. :o
All eleven people in Helsinki must be going. Just kidding Finland, I love you guys.
They were sold out in 6 minutes here in Finland. I wasn't lucky. [editline]08:30AM[/editline]
All eleven people in Helsinki must be going.
Hurf durf.
Where can I find the list of countries where they are going to concert in?
Could it be their own website maybe?
Never been in the music forum until now. Awesome.
They better be coming to U.S
They better be coming to U.S
i thought they weren't allowed to the us?
Never been in the music forum until now. Awesome.
Ditto. Anyone else going to the NEC gig?
What, did the song "Amerika" count as terrorism or some shit?
What, did the song "Amerika" count as terrorism or some shit?
I think this is what you're getting at.
The video shows the band in Apollo-era space suits on the moon, and playing a pinball machine with shots of other cultures acting like stereotypical Americans and some using American-owned products, such as cigarettes, with the implication that American culture is negative. The high tech Apollo scenes are intercut with African tribal clips as a stark cultural contrast.
£45 for Rammstein.. maybe when I was 14, but not now
What, did the song "Amerika" count as terrorism or some shit?
It was probably their live performance of Buck Dich that scared all the little people away.
It was probably their live performance of Buck Dich that scared all the little people away.
Wouldn't seated tickets as close and low to the stage be better than standing since you most likely won't be near front row?
Wouldn't seated tickets as close and low to the stage be better than standing since you most likely won't be near front row?
If you go really early you'll get front row. Also, Rammstein IS banned from the US, but for a particular performance in (I believe) New Jersey where the singer (I keep forgetting his name) had a purple strap-on with a hole in it which was designed to shoot out a liquid that resembled semen, which he shot into the crowd while air-humping them. Politicians don't take kindly to things like that. Especially since the song seemed to have large gay implications and you all know how well that ends in America...

They had to pay a fine and were put in jail for the night, they're just choosing not to tour here. Anyway's ,they've toured in America since that preformance.

That's cool, sucks that they're not coming here though I'd like to go to a concert where EVERYTHING explodes that isn't a shitty Kiss concert (I HATE Kiss even if they supposedly put on an awesome show).
oh fuck. In Lisbon 8 November. Be right back buying tickets. Edit:2009.
I'll see you there goddamn
They're not banned, they're just choosing to never tour the US again after that incident. No one should get jailed for that. It's called freedom of speech.
