• Koodo Mobile Samsung u410 phone problem-Cannot send text messages

Okay so I bought a Samsung phone with Koodo Mobile like 3 days ago. A 35$ a month plan. "5 essentials" plan plus Call Display(Which I thought was fucking standard on any phone but apparently they still find any purpose to suck out more money from us) First day it worked fine. Second day it started being a bitch with texting. I only texted like 1 person the first night. I tried texting my friend, who had texted me before, but I couldn't send the messages. Whenever I send it, it goes "Sending" and then after a while it goes "Sent: 00/01 Failed: 01/01" And it asks me to retry. No matter how many times I retry it doesn't change. Now my slightly more phone-tech-savvy friend was going at the same party as me that night. So when we were there I told him my phone wouldn't text. Then he tries it once, it fails to send it to his cellphone which I was holding. He tries again. It works. It stops to that, we both assume it's going to work all the time from now on. Wrong! I try the next morning to no avail. It will not let me send text messages. I called up the tech support, he asked me some questions and he was very nice. Anyway he told me reset my phone to Default. Then I was all like KAY KAY and I said bye and thanks. Then I do everything as said and...It still doesn't work! Now I re-tried calling tech-support but now it's closed. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this or has had a similar problem? Thanks. I do believe this is an appropriate section...It's not PC hardware and software... And I didn't find anything else. Thanks!
It's something with your network. Not your phone.
It's something with your network. Not your phone.
Well my network is Koodo... But I get 5 bars and I'm not in analog mode or anything. It should be able to do it fine.
There is ONE person I know that I can not text. Everytime I try, it 'fails'. We're both on the same network and she's the only one it happens to. However, she texts me fine. Solution? I HAVE to REPLY to one of her texts to send one. I can NOT create a new message to send her. Try this. Also make sure it isn't just a couple of people... Have you tried texting many other people?

Fuck this shit sucks! It's like one of the only functions I really would like to use!
Hi, i just recently bought a Samsung U410 from Koodo, and its been working fine until April when it started resetting itself for no reason, then in the past month thats all it does is load the Koodo bar then the screen fades then resets again and thats all it does. i've tried taking out the battery and leaving it out for 24hours, and i cant find the reset button..does anyone know how to fix this?
Contact the network, not the Faceunch
koodo is bad, and you should feel bad
Take it as a sign that you should CALL rather than text.
My koodoo works fine. Never had a problem. Ever. Cool story bro.

How you wrote that is really annoying, just make paragraphs, jesus.
Top up?
I mean seriously! Why Koodo? You should return your phone. If it does this, it's no good. I've heard tons of people's good stories from Virgin Mobile, and I am purchasing a phone from them soon, as soon as they get a new model that I've been waiting for.
i have the same phone can you tell me hao to fix?
