Arrested Wikileaks founder Julian Assange has been honoured in Italy by being featured in a traditional Christmas nativity scene.
A miniature statue of Mr Assange, clutching a laptop computer, stands alongside figures from the story of the birth of Jesus.
Its creator, Gennaro Di Virgilio, said Mr Assange was the man of the year.
He is the latest in a long line of public figures to feature in a nativity scene in the city of Naples.
"I included him to poke a little fun at the world and have a good time," said Mr Di Virgilio, who each year chooses at least one contemporary character to sculpt.
Julian died on the cross for our leaked government cables
No pictures? :frown:
The Bible was actually leaked by Julian.

that's kind of weird (but it's italy, I don't know shit about their customs) but an honor nonetheless
People are giving Assange too much praise.
julian's getting locked up and forgotten about for the U.S governments sins.
Our lord and savior Julian Christ.
Julian Assange is a time lord
Let's bust him out.
In 6months to 12months people will go on with their lives, and the name Julian Assange will mean nothing. As of right now people are some how finding a correlation between Assange and some sort of hero. Which is seriously baffling me, seeing how he is just a random guy who posts shit on a website which in turn is pissing a lot of people off by releasing information no one really gives a shit about unless you're a terrorist.
Probably half of the supporters of wikileaks are just supporting it because they are like to feel like they are apart of some glorious freedom fighting cause.
The wise men brought gold, frankincense, myrrh and leaked government cables.
