I shut the recording off a bit early, I still did some color work and that's why the finished result looks different.

I noticed half way when I tried to apply some pink cheeks, if you noticed in the recording, it didn't look that great so I removed it. I should of just reduced the opacity and it may of been fine.
The tie is darker than the uniform in the first photo, but not in the second? Just a little thing I noticed.

Yes. After I recorded I looked back at a reference of the uniform color and it was like that. I changed the uniform, the skin color, and I changed the background to match her eyes. I didn't want her eyes to pop out, so I added more blue to it.
