This is actually my town. Because of hurricane Sandy people have been getting in long lines and fighting over gas, or little of whats left at the stations. I had to go at 5 am this morning to wait 7 hours to be first in line to get a 20$ limit per person fill up.

I honestly don't get why you even bothered to get so little from waiting that long.
It might be a good idea to impose Embargo-Style rationing like they did in the 70's
Odd and even numbers on license plates get different days of the week to fill up.
Also there should really be a cop there.
