Moving Youtube comments?!

I watched this new video from one of the people i subscribed to on youtube... and the comments for the video are scrolling down the page..

OK, i think the scrolling thing was just a test to see how everyone liked it... because it is no longer working, even on really popular and frequently commented videos. Thanks SO much for screwing with us youtube, you're the best.

The point is that the comments are updated live

Which basically means people can have live chats on videos while watching it
