Moscow. - Worldwide, as they were also on board the missile would be exposed in a test laboratory in Moscow, radar radiation, Yuri Koptev announced by the state commission of inquiry on Tuesday.
Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, called the theory "plausible", according to a U.S. radar could have affected the Marshall Islands, the instruments of the probe. "If this is confirmed, we would consider technical and policy implications," he said.
The researcher Alexander Sakharov said that the 13.5-ton probe after taking off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on 9 November 2011 may have been misled by the radar. "There is only one version, we lay the investigation report before the end of January," he said, according to the Interfax news agency.
Rogozin also included a design flaw as a reason for the breakdown of the 120 million-euro space probe completely. According to official figures from the rubble, "Phobos-Grunt" on Sunday evening Swiss time was about 1250 kilometers west of Chile located in the South Island Wellington fell into the ocean.

Jesus, stop blaming each other for your own faults
I'd feel really bad if there was radio interference from our satellite dishes in Hawaii, but they should've prepared for such possibilities. All systems before have never been affected by interference, which I'm assuming is due to timing and technological covering.
That's right, find someone else to blame for your own shit.
Wow, we blame each other over something that is out of our country's hands. Why is our race such assholes to each other?
we're animals what do you expect
oh wow, I guess blaming the US is now mainstream.
