She has fled for fear of reprisal for MH17. She has lived there for several years with a Dutch boyfriend.
2 days ago the mayor called for her deportation now some people are taking it into their own hands to intimidate, threaten and invade her privacy.

Tensions might be high but she has clearly nothing to do with the crash.

I certainly don't believe that two rights make a wrong, and that his daughter should be harassed, but that said 298 innocent people (not even relatives) have been murdered as part of Putin's little proxy war, and there are plenty of reports of the Russian security services using family as a way of manipulating people.

Nowhere can I see reports of Dutch citizens planning or actually doing anything? The only guy who spoke was a mayor who suggested deportation as a means of pressuring Putin? Saying something is never illegal, especially if you then apologize and explain it was said out of a feeling of hopelesness.
To the Dutch people it was hardly a secret where she lived... I've read about it on Quotenet.nl many times and I don't even live close to her.
There's nothing on my twitter, facebook about Maria Putin, and there is definitely noone even talking about her here? I met with about 20 CEO's today, who are kinda the social nodes here, and none of them even mentioned it, even though we have spoken about her house in the Netherlands many times before.
