I'm assuming this is not the intended function and is likely a bug, who would be the best person to report this to?
It doesn't display on my firefox.
EDIT:
It displayed as the page switched.

may not be intended but cool as heck
I get all of 5 frames before it disappears.
This is actually a cool bug.
It'd be nice to see it become a full fledged feature.

Oh I had to send a crapton of faxes at an old job, I was just making a poorly set up attempt at gathering interest for learning where that fax was located.

Video streams of random places
Because they are not protected streams and they are streaming to somewhere on the internet, I think.
How did you find out about this? Were you trying out random things in [img] tags?

I was programming a mjpeg stream encoder and realized browsers just treat it as a multi-part jpeg. Please not that it will not work in IE as it has no support for mjpeg.
I was sad at first that these are Jpeg images not png, then I realised my connection can barely handle two of these at once.
Also I find this song works quite well while watching webcams.
