I don't know, give me your opinion.
Oh and also a bear told me this sucks and I should quit etc. etc.
I think it sounds ok

Thanks, anything you find especially ok or less ok?
If you think you're out of inspiration, then you'll be out of inspiration, if you think you've got tons of inspiration, then you'll have tons of inspiration.
Also I think it sounds great.

I'm not exactly sure how that works, but I'm sure you have some good reasons to say so.
And thanks.
Sounds just like your other stuff. So no?

Alright, then.
Doesn't sound like you lack inspiration.
How can you not be sure if you have inspiration or not?

That's a good guestion.
Its kind of like when you feel like you can't write a song, but you still do...
We'll I can't really explain it.

I know that feeling.
In fact. I always have that feeling. It is very rarely when I feel I can actually write a song, and do.
Usually, songs I write just start out as me being exceptionally bored, launching GuitarPro 6, and fucking around with things. Something may catch my attention and be mildly interesting, so I keep it, then something else, and so on. After a few ideas, I start the sheet over with those ideas in mind and try to write something not-ass out of it.
Sometimes I even succeed. :v:
I think that this is the point where you realise you are becoming less influenced and reliant on other bands/artists to be your guide, and you are now at the point where you have your own unique sound that requires no influence but yourself. This is a good thing.

Now that you mention it, I don't think that I've ever heard a song from you, could you link one for me?

Well thanks.
i don't want to be that one asshole here, but it sounds kind of generic
like, there's aggressiveness, but there's no punch to it, it doesn't have any oomph. i think it's the mastering that's throwing you off.
When I feel like I'm out of inspiration I try new ways of making music, new DAWS, new instruments, a cheaper method might be just to try out new genres. I think you have some good ideas in that song but some of the solos sound very...modal? They lack attention to the chord progression, which could make it more melodic and more appealing. Also I think the mastering is kind of weak, if you had better mastering the song would be a lot better. That's just my opinion. Sorry if I sound a little harsh, it's still great stuff.

Yeah, the only person who should really know if you're out of inspiration is you, Hakita. Otherwise, this is just another c&c thread.
this thread inspired me to work on one of my songs thanks hakita

I've never actually learned anything about mastering. I just put 2 guitars on each side and drums and other instruments in the center.

Possible, or maybe the GP6 RSE is just not very good. Or maybe I just sound generic.
Thanks for the feedback, anyways.

No problem.
don't worry, the chord progression is one semitone higher than the out of inspiration chord progression!

Thank god, doctor. I was afraid for a second there.

What I think is that you should stop advertising your song in every possible thread.

Don't worry, I've got some pills for you, I don't know what they do or how many you should take, but some of them need to be inserted into your anus, which I will gladly help you with :q:.

But can they ease my pain?
Or get me on my feet again?

they will, but they also cause delusions that you are a Nazi Dictator that holds rallies. Then a giant ass will fuck your mind up.

Sounds like fun, where can I sign up?
I recommend going on a drug binge.

Just so I could stop it and make The Hakita Project, which would consist of Bi, Obsessed, Reconstruction and Phantom.
I really liked from 0:25 to 1:52 and the outtro, the rest didn't really flow too well. It sounded more like a medley of ideas that belong in different songs to me.
The main thing is if you're not happy with your work and you feel out of inspiration/creativity, you probably are. I've had the same problem at times, but you can't really force creativity and it will come back.

I suppose you're right. I really could've made the song better if I used more time on it, but at the time I just wanted to finish it and get on with a new idea.
