• Difference between Paint Tool SAI and Inkscape?

I'm trying to figure out the differences between PaintTool SAI and Inkscape. I know Inkscape is a vector program, while Paint Tool SAI is a raster program, although it still does vectors, but they are rasterized to the resolution of the canvas. They both seem to have about the same features, although Paint Tool SAI, from my current knowing, has just a few more, and these happen to be features I really need. However, SAI is 70 bucks, so yea. Now I know Paint Tool SAI has a bit more flexibility with line width, mainly the ability to have dynamic line width for a single line. However, Inkscape has a powerstroke tool in the works that does about the same thing. By default, SAI also has hardness and softness adjustments for the lines. That's about all I know at the moment though. What I'm wanting to find out is what features that Paint Tool SAI and Inkscape have in common, as well as those they don't have in common, whether it's from a mod or default.
Sai is more for painting and drawing and the like, Inkscape is centered more towards graphics and logos and what not.
Inkscape and Sai are not alternatives to one another. They are used for completely different purposes.
