• Just got my tablet, out of inspiration :(

I just recieved my new Bamboo pen/touch graphics tablet today(since I'm a beginner with tablets and wanted to try out something simple, and see if it was my style ETC. ETC.) so Installed the software, played around with it and have made some random effortless doodles to get used to how the tablet works and feels like. So now where I felt I had a little touch of it, I wanted to try something bigger... but all of a sudden I am totally blank of ideas, no ideas, no inspiration. Nothing... I need ideas for inspiration! What do you guys normally use as inspiration? :(
I usually put a movie on in the background when I'm drawing. Alien, Castle in the Sky, maybe one of SHODAN's monologues from System Shock, that sort of thing.
Tablets don't induce creativity, although so many people think they do. You are the only one who can motivate yourself, so think about what inspires you and seek that out.
Just wait a few days. I usually draw 3-5 days a month madly and then my creativity-o-meter recharges.
Music. I LOVE movie/game scores... anything epic usually does it. If not I watch a movie or something. Or peruse Conceptart.org or DA... Whatever works for you... do that.

WoW music or something ( it's really good when you think about it ) If I want to draw guns maybe I listen to the Battlefield 1942 theme.
I find that If I draw a background something pops into mind. E.g. I draw a desert and a crashed plane, I then draw a dead pilot and a barely-surviving co-pilot. Or I draw a alien planet which leads me to aliens.
