The servers I go on and that are usually full are the 22nd, 69th and TGS, which are mainly based in Europe, they have roughly a ping of 30-50 and I live in London so I assume they are in the EU.
And yes, you will usually get a full server in the evening (my time about 6-7pm GMT), maybe there are full servers during the US day time as well. It's why I'm making these videos, help promote the game and get some new players interested.

Yeah, some people would call it the poor man's RO because it's free and still in the Beta. Though it's really fun when you get the right group of people playing. Like a few days ago, me and half of the Axis team starting doing a Conga line in Farm Night (map) all the way down to the church that was in the map.
RnL is a game where you can both take the piss and play seriously. That's how the community makes it which is really what keeps me playing. If the server is full of people who don't say much or are just dull, I leave almost instantly.
