I used to watch this show all the time when I was younger, loved these skits.
The Red Green Show was actually shown on Public access in the states for awhile when I was a child, was my favorite thing to watch when it was on.
What kind of fever dream is this? For an education PSA it's really jumpy!
Then again of course it's blatantly called an educational short so I guess the faster the pacing is the better you can keep the child's interest.

Oh boy, you're in for a treat. You should look up The Red Green Show, it's pretty great. I think they have most of the episodes on YouTube.
