Absolutely one of the best shows on Netflix.

I binge watched this and it was great, can't wait for S3.
The first time I've heard of a Season 3 coming out. Great to see that it's only a few weeks as well!
Is that Gabriel Iglesias?
lmao
Escobar will be greatly missed on this show.

Now I could be totally making this up in my brain but wasn't there jokes about the guy who played Pablo having a really bad accent for a Colombian? Wasn't it because Moura (the actor) being Brazilian so his accent was super off or something idr
Yep. He didn't even speak Spanish before being cast.
This new season looks pretty cool, although I'm bummed it looks like Murphy's gone

Sadly Murphy's involvement ended after Escobar.
Shame, loved his narration.
I think this show just got a whole lot more interesting now that Pedro Pascals character is the lead.
I dunno, Murphy never really did it for me, he always felt way too boring.

I have a friend from Colombia who pointed out that he sounded weird. I couldn't tell.

I think that was kind of the point though. Making him the backseat lead gives a lot more attention to the build up of Pablo's empire, which makes sense considering the other half of the screen time was on him.

Yeah but they didn't have to make him quite so bland. Like look at the Wire for example, McNulty is one of the most interesting characters on the show, and the show is half police, half crime.
I'm glad Pena is the lead because he was fucking great in the first two seasons.

the cast consists of people from all over South America so for non-Spanish speakers it all sounds the same, but in fact they all have different accents and it's weird
Something tells me someone from the props crew has a hard on for classic Mercedes because I saw like a dozen 240D/300d's.

Old mercs are everywhere in lots of poorer countries, aren't they?
I don't think Narcos can last long with Escobar, he was the show
