Yes it sounds stupid for me to complain about weight loss but you should only lose so much weight. Okay, let me take you through a regular night for me. I wake up at 7 PM, eat and work on the computer until 10PM, then go to work at Wal-Mart until 7AM (stocking the chip and pop aisle ironically and eating frozen microwavable food for lunch), then come home and spend a few more hours sitting in front of one of my many game consoles or the computer for a few more hours, eat more and then go to bed for the day. I eat a lot. Particularly fatty foods. However even when it's chinese five nights a week or burgers (quadrouple Big Mac :chef: ) for three nights I can't seem to gain weight and if I do, it's gone pretty quickly. Last May I was at 188, last week I was 155 and today, seven days later, I'm 145. Facepunch, my lifestyle has little time for exercise and involves lots of junk food yet I'm still losing weight. In logic that should not make any sense. I should be gaining weight like mad. It was nice for a while but I'm starting to approach the "you are thin and you must have an eating disorder" line and I don't even have an eating disorder. What the fuck is going on?
That may be a sign of an illness, you should probably go to the doctor.
maybe you have a tapeworm (you probably don't) just eat properly and exercise. you're probably not gaining much weight because you're pretty much malnutritioned.
Isn't that a good thing? :frown:
I would suggest going to see a doctor, if you haven't already.
Diabetes.
You have parasites.
I don't get what your problem is
You sleep during the day?
Sounds like you either have a high metabolism or some sort of tapeworm infection
You might have a metabolic disorder. Do you have any history of irregular growth patterns? Does anyone in your family also suffer from this? If you each cheeseburgers, don't do anything, and you still lose weight; you might have a serious problem. if not a disorder, it is some sort of parasite. Such as tapeworm.
I have the same problem. During football I weighed 205 easily. Now I'm 195 when I'm gourging myself all because of wrestling. Shits hard.
Isn't that a good thing? :frown:
It is, but he's simply worried about it. Losing too much weight can be pretty dangerous.
You don't eat enough, someday write down everything that you eat, and you'll see that you eat way too little to gain weight. Add some oil into all of your food, it'll make it have a lot more energy.
Worms, get that shit checked out.

I still try to eat dinner with my parents (mmm, stir fry) but otherwise, I'm usially eating frozen or fast food.
Go to Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, Wendy's etc... EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT.
The problem is you're not getting the right amount of proteins, fats and vitamins - microwave food, MC Donalds etc are all very low in these. You might also have a high metabolism which burns energy very quickly, thus seeing you're not getting enough calories then its taking fat reserves. The problem is you're not eating the right foods and substituting for quick and cheap crap.
you might think that eating unhealthily is gonna make you fatter, but if you eat healthier much more often, (i have a friend trying to gain weight to play rugby) and excercise a lot not only will you be ripped to fuck (hopefully) but you wont be losing as much weight
I don't eat bad all the time. Seriously, write down what you ate for a week, and calculate do you get enough energy from it.
Get some of those cookies that are made by the elves I forget the brand name, but those things are fucking loaded with calories. And make sure you eat right before you fall asleep that way you'll gain the most amount of weight.
Eat less in one sitting, but eat meals more frequently.. same thing happens with me, I eat all I want, just not enough to ever fill me up in one sitting. I do the bare minimum of cardio which helps regulate the weight.. been staying around 165-170 lbs for the past 8 years.
High metabolism, it's great bro.
High metabolism, it's great bro.
Or serious disease.
Sounds like you either have a high metabolism or some sort of tapeworm infection
i have a high metabolism you can eat everything you want and still lose weight. dont worry your weight loss will dip really low. and then it will stable out
ur metabolism is to high for your body sry
I also think its a tapeworm, some can grow up to 100 feet, go to the doctor if you have it, they give you a pill and it kills it.
That definatly sounds unhealthy. Go to a doctor, sounds li9ke some type of tapeworm or ... any other variant of -worm
