My city had some really windy weather just a few days ago, which smashed a lot of windows, knocked over some signs, and such.
It didn't stop this pilot from landing their plane though.

Pilots are underpaid. This untop of the fact that they can fly these gigantic machines with such precision is why they should be paid tons more.

I agree.
I used to want to be a pilot for a career, but to really stand out from the competition, you have to put more hours into unpaid work to standout from the hundreds of other pilot resumes.
Some pilots start with less than minimum wage.

Yes, they are. It's not a big deal to them. They know the wind conditions. ATC walks them through it basically.
