Cool stuff right there
Edit also some cold fusion

You are saying that a couple of cups of water and a few rocks can power my home for a year?
Hoooly shit.
I think cold fusion has been pretty much thrown out. Even this 'superwave' fusion, it's probably the same.
Would be incredible if we could all have chest mounted fusion reactors within the next century. And cool ass mechanised suits to go with them, but I'm just dreaming :(

Didn't a guy called Tony build something like that in a cave?
cold fusion is pseudoscience. do not put it in the same category as magnetic confinement or laser fusion
Cold fusion is a hypothetical type of nuclear reaction that would occur at, or near, room temperature, compared with temperatures in the millions of degrees that is required for "hot" fusion. It was proposed to explain reports of anomalously high energy generation under certain specific laboratory conditions. It has been rejected by the mainstream scientific community because the original experimental results could not be replicated consistently and reliably, and because there is no accepted theoretical model of cold fusion.
I'm pretty sure cold fusion is only possible with muons.

Muon catalysed fusion is theoretically possible. Even at room temperature. I would class that as cold but I think every new theory tries to stay away from using the words "cold fusion" for fear of ridicule.
This is an exciting field of research but the problem comes with the Muon production.
