• Wirefly - Is it a scam?

My family is finally off contract with alltel, and are switching to T-Mobile. We looked into it, and would get a decent plan, and 3 free phones. Out of curiosity, I looked around to see if I could find anything better while still staying on T-Mobile, and found Wirefly. They say that we can get a Samsung Behold T919 for me, Motorola ROKR E8 for my dad, and a Samsung T229 for my mom, all for free with a 2 year contract of $59.99 for 700 minutes, $34.99 for unlimited internet\messaging on mine, $4.99 on each of the other two for texting, and another $10 for the extra line. So about $100 a month after taxes. Plus a $35 activation fee on each phone With T-Mobile directly, we had 700 minutes, and unlimited texting on all 3 for $85, and 3 decent phones for free with a 2 year contract. Plus a $105 activation fee. Seems like it's too good to be true to me, and I don't really trust internet reviews, if anybody has been following my past few threads you should be able to figure out why. So has anybody on FP heard of this service?
I'm on sprint I wish I was you.
After looking into it, I wouldn't say it's reliable for my personal uses, but if you just stay in town, it should be quite fine and fit for use. Get T-Mobile's family plan where you get to use 3-4 phones, unlimited texting/minutes for 150$ with a 2 year contract.
do you live under a rock? how have you not hear of T-Mobile? (User was permabanned for this post ("Alt of a permabanned user." - ventilated))
do you live under a rock? how have you not hear of T-Mobile?
Do you need glasses? Wirefly isn't T-Mobile, it's a reseller for a shitload of different carriers.
No way scam
Wirefly just a phone reseller. If you want cheap phones just order online from like tigerdirect.
Wirefly just a phone reseller. If you want cheap phones just order online from like tigerdirect.
Right now, t-mobile is offering free phones on a contract. Wirefly claims we can get even better phones on the same contract. Free is better then cheap.
who the shit uses alltel or tmobile? get verizon.
