Post your tracker music!! Here's my latest I cooked up: It's called Power Drive!
I love chiptunes, gotta make some later.
Sweet track dude, I want to make some chiptunes with this kind of software too. But I don't understand those programs like milkytracker, or somehthing like that.
i will never understand trackers
I've been trying to make something in Milkytracker, I can't get anything that sounds decent :saddowns:
I can't work Milky for the fucking life of me.
25kb xm [editline]12th April 2011[/editline] Milkytracker by the way. [editline]12th April 2011[/editline] And it's for the music in the game I am making for my next school.
MT and other trackers are a bit hard to get into right away. They require some music theory- and technical knowledge. But it's not impossible - I'd say it's easier than FL Studio. I know there are tutorials on YouTube and alot of guides and help in the MilkyTracker forum. I'm also here to help anyone who wants it.
Not tracker, but me and Yur|ko make chiptune-inspired music: http://rawdmg.bandcamp.com/
Because FL is for cool kids :smug:
Trackers are fucking satanic. I will never be able to mess with those fuckers. And Rad McCool, my ass it's easier than FL Studio. I had absolutely zero music knowledge when I started to mess with it.
What I'm saying is that trackers are much simpler. So if you have a bit of music/technical knowledge, then you can just go nuts :) I learned MilkyTracker in just a few hours. I've been working with FL for several months and I still don't understand 80 % of it.. Of course this simplicity makes it extremely unpractical compared to let's say FL. But yeah. Hardcore!
Another .xm I made, not abiding any NES music rules. This is 6 channels. Nothing special, it's for a small game.

Well, letsee... I've covered Unreal Superhero, but the link is on facebook and I'd really rather not hand that out... However, I do have this chiptune inspired song I made called Glitch Rave Seizure: http://www.facepunch.com/threads/1082455-Glitch-Rave-Seizure-(ER)
