I'm pretty sure that the horse is the ending, because the story of the machine ends there. Also if anyone didn't realize, if you type on your computer messages appear before and after each segment.

The videos can take a while to load.

If there's a blinking vertical line, you can type to reveal a message. Once the video's loaded, a red dot appears that you click to start the video.
