In some way this can be done. In Prison Architect you can build your own prison but if you make too many penalties like prisoners escaping or killing too many prisoners you can end up in your own prison as a prisoner and game just continues with you having to escape your own prison.
You can make friends in the yard, train them and switch control between them so you can stage a breakout.
