I can't find anything in the rules about requests and I couldn't find another more suitable subforum to ask in either. Sorry if it's misplaced. :/
So I picked up several electromechanical logging machines that record temperature and humidity to circular pieces of paper. You can still buy them but it's between $30-$100 for a pack of 25 and really if you have one disc you can scan that in and print off as many as you want for something like five cents each. All I have however are the old and used discs.

I'm sure someone with some skills in Photoshop can cut out the areas covered in pen and redraw everything. It's basically just a bunch of circles and arcs.

Cause you could just use this then:

The scales are different. The old one ranges from -20 to +120. The one you posted ranges from 0-100.
Edited: AmigaOS says he's taking a stab at it right now.
This looks more like a job for Adobe Illustrator rather than Photoshop.
