I made an alternative to the original Twitch Plays Pokémon stream, running Pokémon FireRed :v:
It has been running for over 3 days now, and so far 2 badges have been obtained.
It's like TPP with less chaos.

Well, it IS a clone.
And I built it for fun, needed a project. I don't really get anything from having users in my channel, Twitch only gives partnership to enormous channels.
I can't wait to see channels for twitch playing literally every pokemon game ever for the next few months
It's not the same without the clusterfuck of button presses.

You should advertise this more. It's not fun with only 20 people.
Trust me, people know about it. It's just no one cares. Red/Blue has already take up 2 weeks of peoples lives. Maybe once Red/Blue is done the attention will move on to other Twitch plays channels.

iirc the guy running tpp said he's going to do one of the second gen games after they beat the elite four, so i imagine people are going to stay around for the sequel

Twitch plays 07 (Runescape) is pretty funny.
It just doesn't have that orginality that TPP did :(
