torrentz.riordan.eu is the new deliveringevidence.inhealth.org alternate DNS record for Facepunch's
www.deliveringevidence.inhealth.org used to be on an Amazon EC2 instance, not anymore. That IP address is now used by Facepunch.
Simple, it's not a proxy; it's not a copy or phishing site. It's Facepunch, without CloudFlare in front of it. Someone just hasn't removed the A record from their domain after they stopped paying for their EC2 instance.

I'm gonna take a guess at this:
Facepunch uses Amazon's Elastic Load Balancer service to spread requests out across a number of backend virtual machines. These machines will take any HTTP request on port 80 and forward it onto the site they're load balancing for. It looks like somebody has pointed that domain to one of Facepunch's load balancers.
Why, you might ask? Amazon have a finite number of IP addresses, so when somebody stops using ELB, their addresses get recycled and given to somebody else. Hence, the one of the addresses that now belong to Facepunch previously belonged to the owners of those domains.
Warning, it does not appear to be doing quite the same thing as the old one:
Oh and I wouldn't log in to this one. 78.129.251.239 is not used by Facepunch at all, unless it's suddenly switched from Amazon to iomart. It's used by this guy : http://riordan.eu/ ; and it's likely a phishing attempt.
Be wary, people.
ban facepunch for warez
If you can access facepunch without cloudfare in front of it, doesn't that make cloudfare useless? Or am I missing something.
the plot thickens

Cloudflare is a backup, when the main site goes down it comes up.

CloudFlare is a reverse proxy that caches frequently requested content and provides basic DDoS mitigation (specifically against UDP,SSYN,RST,etc attacks); while blocking some known automated bots.

Hm, I didn't actually inspect the IPs. I wonder what the difference is between that and FP. Maybe I'll try logging in with fake creds, see what it does.

If its phishing, chances are it'll store what you typed into a database and then forward you to the actual Facepunch login page. From there you'll get the standard invalid user/pass page.
I would be very interested to see the results of that test.
wait, does this mean i can shit post on two facepunch's now?
Cloudflare as a service protecting against DDoS is essentially useless if someone knows the server's IP.

shitception
Loads much, much faster than the normal FP.
Might just use it as a viewer.

I'm going to place quite a lot of bets on it being a phishing attempt. The IP (78.129.251.239) seems to be owned by Bhost LTD, a cheap-ish VPS company.
I know that guy. That's weird as fuck.
haha what the fuck I own that domain
I was trying to set up a reverse proxy to get on torrentz.eu since they blocked it in the UK, I needed a reliable IP address to test it with so I used Facepunch then forgot about the project.
No phishing here folks, I'll remove the record later.
could this be used to bypass school blocks?
