Former News Of The World editor Rebekah Brooks has been acquitted but Andy Coulson has been convicted over phone-hacking offences and illegal payments to officials.
Brooks and Coulson had been on trial with five others, including Brooks's husband Charlie, at London's Old Bailey central criminal court.
They had all denied the charges, which arose from revelations in July 2011 the British newspaper had hacked the mobile phone voicemails of a teenage girl who was later found murdered.
The aftermath forced Australian-born media mogul Rupert Murdoch to shut down the newspaper in disgrace after 168 years in print.
More to come.
Posted it all as it has just came through
I know very little about this whole shitstorm, but why was Brooks acquitted? Happy as I am that someone is getting prosecuted, I get the feeling that her hands are far from clean.

She should of been found guilty, she knew well about the phone hacking.
Well David Cameron is in a world of shit now for hiring Andy Coulson.
