The figures also show that the number of police officers has fallen by a further 1,674 over the past year to 127,909, bringing the total cut in police numbers to 15,825 since 2010. Ministers linked the fall in police numbers to the fall in crime, saying that fewer officers were needed on the street. The overall fall in crime has been accompanied by a 20% rise in sexual offences recorded by the police with the ONS putting the increase down to a surge in victims of historical sex abuse coming forward in the wake of the Jimmy Savile case and Yewtree investigations. A record 13,610 sexual offences involving a child under 13 were also recorded. wonder what yawmwen would have to say on the subject. Now we have some more solid evidence that times aren't as bad as they look.
It's because Scotland will be leaving soon!

It's probably because it's so bloody warm, nobody can leave the house. [editline]25th July 2014[/editline] Crime rates have probably doubled on beaches.
you can legally shoot a welshman from the walls of chester
only with a bow and arrow, otherwise it's murder.
you can legally shoot a welshman from the walls of chester
It's not legal, but no one will stop you.
only with a bow and arrow, otherwise it's murder.
Those retarded myths are overwritten by modern law. Yes because it sounds perfectly reasonable and logical that you're legally allowed to kill someone of a nationality with a bow and arrow because this cunty old law from the dark ages said you could, its quite clearly overwritten by our numerous murder and weapon offence laws.

I'm aware that if you shoot a welshman from anywhere you're in some shit.
Time to celebrate by bottling each other!

And yet England is still a shit hole, and the crime rate in my area seems to have gone up compared to last year. Oh well, progress I guess.
